Orvono is an AI email and SMS marketing platform that connects to your Shopify store. It has everything you'd expect from Klaviyo or Mailchimp: campaigns, automations, popup forms, SMS, analytics and deliverability. On top of that, the Orvono agent builds and improves all of it for you from plain-language requests.
Yes. Orvono is not an add-on that sits on top of your current tool. Your list, sending, flows, forms and SMS all run in Orvono, so you can cancel your old email platform once you've moved over.
No. Orvono is software. The agent does the work an agency would, like writing campaigns, building flows and analysing results, but you stay in control and approve everything. There's no retainer and no waiting on a brief.
Orvono supports Shopify today, and more integrations are coming soon. Connecting your store syncs your products, customers and orders, which the agent uses to write campaigns and pick products for each customer. If you run on another platform, get in touch.
It creates email campaigns and SMS campaigns, builds automations and popup forms, adds recommended product blocks that pick products for each customer, suggests send times, and analyses past campaigns to tell you what to send next.
Send the request form and we reply within 24 hours to set up a meeting, where you see Orvono on your own store. On day 1 you connect your store, the Orvono agent rebuilds your current flows and templates and learns your brand's style, we show you around, and your 2-week free trial starts. You approve your flows and first campaign, and we handle the warm-up for you, which takes 2 to 8 days depending on your list size. Onboarding and migration are included.
The deliverability engine looks after list hygiene for you. It removes bounced and dead contacts, puts unengaged contacts on cooldown and warms them up again, and spreads sends to each customer's best hour, which keeps your sender reputation healthy.
